  Take my advice and make an appointment. The wait here can be horrid. All I wanted was a Sim card for my mom's iPhone. I waited an hour to get a tiny Sim card. The lady that was greeting everyone could have gone in gotten one for me. I went at night and they were not that busy. The staff is nice no problem there. They help you and get you what you need. The decor is fun with all of the phones and tablets to play with. New phones to look at. Does make the time go by fast, but still make an appointment before heading out there. The place is kept very clean and dust free. When it comes to accessories, they are ridiculously high. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from here. Unless they have a sale going on. Or better yet do online shopping. These guys are way better then those of dealers. Lastly go there I mean I do when I cannot do something over the phone.
