  Manager is a total jerk. Staff is rude, lazy, apathetic. Store is a mess, falling apart. But I could deal with the old store aspect if the management weren't a bunch of jerks, plenty of horror stories around but my personal one is this: they literally tried to steal from me. The store marked a "ship to store" item as already being picked up, but I never did. They then refused to even talk to me or give names/numbers of management staff. The only way it was fixed was by having the social media team look into (where they noted there was a comment that the item had never been picked up, incredibly fishy). I'm willing to bet staff or management took the item home for themselves in hopes I just forgot about the item. Sears really needs to clean house, starting with the horrible management staff.

  Bought a shirt and paid for it in sporting goods.. I had my son with me. The lady was very rude. She asked if i was trying to make her work.. She told me her job was Sales and not cashier, but she would help me anyway. Wow ! All i did was walk to the cashier to pay for a shirt. I dont know her name, but employee number 57026... When i got home, i noticed she didn't remove the security tag. Now, i have to waste more time and go back to have this removed....FIRE HER!!!!!
