  Extremely upset! Bought a bed and flex frame yesterday. We spent two hours in the store trying every mattress out, as I have a bad back and wanted to make sure I picked out the best feeling mattress. Finally decided on the mattress (pricey) and decided to go for an expensive flexible frame with massage option. It was to be delivered today. My husband and I spent the morning, taking off our old mattresses, removing the slats with tools, cleaning and even gave away our memory foam. When the truck arrived they had the correct frame but the wrong mattress!!! When a customer buys a bed that is $5,000+ it should come with supberb customer service. We made sure in the store to choose the Cal King. It literally took two salespeople to pick out the cal king in the computer system, only to have the truck show up with a King. Nobody at the warehouse thought, "hmm, maybe we should verify that the customer wanted two different sized products before heading out..."???? Now we have an uncomfortable mattress without the help of memory foam that is sitting on the floor. The best offer they gave us was to promise to get us everything correctly......in TWO days even though the warehouse is literally less than an hour away!! They could not have ANYONE bring the correct mattress today as promised. We cancelled our order and will be looking elsewhere. So much for shopping local. Terrible.
